Daily struggles, we all have them, and they tend to get in the way of your to-do list.
But just because it’s a “daily” struggle doesn’t limit it to only impacting you on a daily basis. Short or even long term goals can easily fall victim to your daily struggles.
For me, one of my struggles is the multitasking mindset!
Through my job, and I’m sure this is the case for a lot of you, it was part of the requirements to be a good multitasker.
While multitasking can be a great skill it can also hinder you, preventing you from finishing tasks and always onto the next project.

And not just with work, it impacts production at home too!
I could be about to sit down to eat and remember I need to get XYZ out of my purse in my office, so I go into my office, but my office is a mess. So I start to clean it up, completely forgetting that I have food I’m supposed to be eating!
Since I still live with my mom (YEP), I drive her crazy with my trail of unfished-ness I tend to leave behind me. I drive myself crazy with it!
One of my 2019 goals is to be more self-aware and to keep my mind from getting ahead of itself.
